Meet Our Leadership Team

Our leadership team has the right combination of history, industry experience, and business acumen to build strong partnerships and develop a culture that focuses on quality team members, being the best-in-class, serving others, and making a difference. 


John Pearce

Chief Executive Officer

John founded CSG in 1973.  As John likes to say, no Team Member of CSG is performing a cleaning task that he has not done himself over the 50-year journey of CSG. He is licensed by the state of California as a general contractor and a scaffolding contractor. He is accredited by Cal-OSHA to certify and develop high rise window washing systems. He is an active member of Building Services Contractors Association International and International Window Cleaners Association. John attended the University of San Diego prior to serving in the United States Marine Corp, He has been married to his wife, Heidi, for 55 years. They live with Nassau, a Belgian Groenendael, and a feline named Miss Kitty.

John has 50 years of experience in all phases of management, operations, purchasing, and sales in the building services industry and attended the University of San Diego. He is licensed in Contract, General Building, and Scaffolding, and actively participates in Building Services Contractors Association International and International Window Cleaners Association. He is a member of the national cleaning peer group. John has a pet dog named Nassau. 


Casey Pearce


Casey joined CSG when he graduated from University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 1993 with a B.S. degree in communications with an emphasis in public relations. While at UNLV Casey swam competitively, and held hospitality positions working for the Excalibur Hotel, Las Vegas and Clark County Nevada Parks & Recreation Department. Prior to Casey assuming his current position he has held various positions at CSG within operations, marketing and sales. He is an active member of Building Services Contractors Association International and International Window Cleaners Association. He has two canine Golden Doodles named Marco and Summer. 


J D Shafer

Executive Vice President

J D has 30 years of experience in various Hotel Management positions for both Hyatt and Hilton hotels, including three General Manager appointments.    He was also a 7-year employee of The Irvine Company, most recently as Senior Director of the Multifamily Housing Division. He is a California Licensed Real Estate Agent and served as past Board President of the Orange County Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.  He graduated with a B.A. in Hotel Operations from Florida International University.  Outside of work, his interests include tennis, skiing, and motorcycle riding.


Dan Vasquez

Senior Vice President

Dan has 30 years of experience as a hospitality and service contractor professional. He a seasoned Director of Rooms in upscale resort properties including The Wigwam Resort & Spa, Paradise Resort & Spa, and Hotel Irvine. Dan holds a B.A. degree in Business Management from California State University, Fullerton. Dan has a passion for surfing, mountain biking, and running.


Jorge E. Carpio

Vice President, Operations

Jorge is in his 33rd year of employment with CSG. He started his career with CSG as an operational support supervisor and has progressed through various operational positions to his current position. He is responsible for contract janitorial operations.  He also manages special cleaning projects. Jorge is an avid UFC and Raider fan.


Lynn Presley

Vice President, San Diego Region

Lynn has more than 20 years of experience working for Starwood Hotels & Resorts in executive housekeeping management positions.  She attended Asheville Buncombe Technical College, where she majored in Hospitality Management. She studied Liberal Arts at St. Mary’s College in Raleigh, North Carolina. She also attended Starwood Rooms University.   Lynn loves the beach and barbecuing.


Leonard L. Malray

Vice President, Specialty Services

Leonard has been involved in the commercial window cleaning industry for his entire career.  He has been in his current position with CSG for 14 years. Prior to his current position, he was a Vice President managing a regional office for a multi-state building services contractor. He is a qualified person to conduct high-rise window cleaning training.  He has completed Scaffold Industry Association (SIA) certification in Suspended Scaffold. Leonard attended California State University, Los Angeles & American Career College. He is a music aficionado and a talented singer.


Felipe Martinez

Director of Safety

Felipe is a seasoned commercial cleaning professional. During his 21-year tenure with CSG, he managed cleaning operations at a major resort for 5 years. He has 16 years of experience managing cleaning services at luxury apartment communities, regional malls, and retail centers. Felipe is dedicated to spending quality time with his family.


Richard Raine

Regional Manager, Northern California

Richard joined CSG in 2019 as Guest Service Manager. Richard’s 22 years of experience include working as a concierge manager at the Veer Towers in Las Vegas Nevada. Richard also worked as a guest service and a front office manager in Palm Springs. With a strong history and background in hospitality and customer service, Richard Raine oversees CSG’s work in the World Famous Northern California Region known as “Wine Country”. Richard enjoys reading, writing, and photography. Richard has a Scottish Terrier named Merida.


Jen Ramos

Vice President, Human Resources

Jen has 15 years of experience in hospitality Human Resources. She holds a BA in Hotel Management from Universidad Iberoamericana, Mexico City, and a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University. She is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR). Jen is committed to working out on a daily basis. She has a pet dog named Macarena.


Lambert Ly


Lambert's tenure at CSG began in 2014 when he started as an accounting clerk and worked his way up to CSG’s controller. Lambert graduated from California State University Fullerton with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He maintained a 4.0 in his accounting major and an overall GPA of 3.9. Fun fact, Lambert is a twin!


Jessica L. Lopez

Director of Marketing

Jessica has 13 years of experience in customer service and sales. Ten of those years have been in Business to Business Marketing/Business Development. She holds a B.A. Degree in Marketing with a minor in Advertising from California State University, Fullerton, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Phoenix. Jessica loves arts, crafts, and her 4-year-old daughter. 


Nancy Pino

Regional Manager, Orange County

Nancy has more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. She manages contract services for CSG at five major resorts.  She is proficiently bilingual in English and Spanish.  She attended Saddleback College. She holds certificates for "Trainer the Trainer" and "Forbes Training". Nancy is passionate about her work and enjoys cooking and entertaining family and close friends.
