On Friday, May 13th, Contract Services Group (CSG) launched DailyPay, a voluntary benefit that allows our team members to access their pay when they need it. DailyPay forever changes the way money moves between CSG and our team members and has created a platform that does so much more than give access to their earnings in real-time.
CSG is extremely excited about our new partnership with DailyPay! Our team members will no longer have to wait for their bi-weekly paychecks and can get paid weekly, and even access their pay 24/7 with no payday loans or overdraft checks. As our team members are the backbone of the company, we are thrilled to offer this new benefit to them!
What is DailyPay?
DailyPay is a payroll service that allows team members to have access to their paychecks whenever they want. Rather than getting paid every 2 weeks, team members can now access their earnings any day they choose.
According to DailyPay’s Website...“DailyPay is the gold standard in on-demand pay with software that easily integrates with a company’s payroll and time management systems. DailyPay provides employees of our Partner companies early access to their earned pay. This means that you choose when you want to get paid. You can get instant access to your earned income or receive it on the next business day when you choose to use DailyPay.”
DailyPay is a secure platform and is the #1 employee benefit. DailyPay currently manages over $2 billion in earnings and is trusted by leading companies such as Kroger, Adecco, Mcdonald's, and ADP.
How does it work?
Each day you work, you build up a Pay Balance in your DailyPay account that can be transferred into your bank account, to your debit card, or to your payroll card. This balance is updated when you clock out of each shift. You can request money from your Pay Balance whenever you want to for a small fee.
You can use the DailyPay app, a tablet, or a computer to access your earned and unpaid income. There is no charge for employees to sign up, and similar to an ATM, employees pay a small fee when making a transfer to their bank account, debit card, or payment card. Team members can begin their DailyPay experience by downloading the free DailyPay Mobile App or texting START to 66867. The first instant transfer is free!
