The specialty skills and training required to be a window washer make this decision a long-term career choice. CSG provides all training for our team members to ensure they are properly equipped for success.

Training and Development

At CSG, our people are our biggest asset and we take pride in empowering our team members. Our training and development programs are one way we encourage members to grow with the company and find their career paths. Our leadership team is required to attend industry seminars focused on emerging best practices and technologies.


Team Teaching

The new team members are paired with an experienced member of the site crew. They receive direct instructional guidance from experienced team members in the field with the goal of moving towards working independently.

Monthly Leadership Meetings

Every month CSG’s executive and leadership team preside over a leadership meeting covering topics such as safety, cleaning best practices, new products, and new techniques.
