2020 was a whirlwind of a year. Now that we at CSG have had some time to reflect on the past and look towards the future, we offer the following insights.
As a contract cleaning vendor whom services many different clients in a variety of industries, we have seen a wide array of responses to this pandemic. One of the approaches that our clients have decided to explore is outsourcing many operational functions so that their team can focus on what they do best, and that their partners can focus on what they are experts in.
